Terms of Service

Almost every piece is produced in a single quantity. Once sold, it is marked Sold Out and remains visible on the site for reference — it will not be restocked.

We make every effort to display colours and details accurately; slight variation is inherent to handcrafted garments and is not a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST.

Payment is taken at checkout via Razorpay (card, UPI, net-banking) or as Cash on Delivery where available. Orders are confirmed only once payment is authorised or a COD order is accepted.

We may cancel and fully refund an order if a piece is found to be damaged before dispatch, if we cannot verify payment, or in the rare event of a pricing error.

You may cancel an unshipped order by contacting us; once shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

All imagery, copy and design on this site are the property of D'Naqsh and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
